How long does sofa delivery take in Birmingham?
Usually 1 to 4 working days in our free delivery area. We confirm the day 48 hours ahead, give you a 2 to 3 hour slot the day before and call 30 minutes before we arrive. We deliver Monday to Friday; a weekend delivery needs at least 2 weeks' notice and depends on availability.
Where is your showroom?
Our Birmingham showroom is at 23 Walkers Road, Redditch, B98 9HE. Sofas are on display, so you can sit on them and feel the fabrics before you buy.
When can I visit the showroom?
Visits are by appointment. Call 0121 663 1039, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, or use the form on our showroom page, and tell us which sofa you would like to see.
Do you deliver outside Birmingham and the West Midlands?
Yes, across the UK mainland. Outside our free delivery area the charge depends on your postcode; enter it on any sofa page to see the cost and the delivery time.
Can I spread the cost of a sofa?
Yes. Flexible payments are available through Snap, Klarna and Clearpay. Each lender shows its own terms at checkout.
Can I return a sofa?
Yes, within 14 days, and we arrange the collection. A collection charge applies, the original delivery fee is not refunded, and the sofa must be in the condition it was delivered in.
Do your sofas come with a warranty?
Yes. Every sofa has a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on the frame and springs, from the day it is delivered, with extended cover available.
