Refunds and Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unusual event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us on 0121 663 1039 or sales@theonlinesofashop.co.uk. 

A 15% handling charge will be added for all returned items.

What to do if you're looking to return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact sales@theonlinesofashop.co.uk, and quote your order ID and postcode and the reason for your return.

If agreed by the customer and seller, we will arrange collection of the sofas, do not organise shipping yourself. If the item is returned by another courier and damaged, you will be liable for any damages. Your refund must be brought to our attention within 7 days.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first as you may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 72 hours. Once your refund has been actioned, it can take 3-5 working days to receive. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Please contact us if you have not yet received your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@theonlinesofashop.co.uk. Damages will only be exchanged if reported within 2 days. 

Damaged sofas

In case of any damage to goods upon delivery, it must be reported to the online sofa shop within 48 hours, no claims can be made after the 48-hour period.

The online sofa shop will not accept any liability for any damages made to your property whilst goods are being delivered to the customer.
