What is the Process?

The most relaxed experience. Once you order your sofa, it goes into planning. Once we have planned a delivery date for you, we will then phone you to book you in for your sofa delivery. 

The day before, you will receive a 2-3 hour time slot and on the day, 30 minutes notice. Unless you have paid for set up, we will deliver to your ground floor room of choice only. 

What parts of the UK do you deliver to?

We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. Contact us for more accurate time frames.
We don’t deliver overseas. However, we can provide to freight companies within the UK. It is down to you the customer to arrange transport outside of the UK.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Deliveries will usually be fulfilled within 1 – 10 working days.
Delivery times to Scotland can take up to 14 working days.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We deliver Monday-Friday unless requested. If requesting a weekend we would need a minimum of 2 weeks notice. This is subject to availability, Please contact us before placing your order.

Where are the sofas manufactured?

95% of our products are manufactured here in the UK. Only a few of our products are produced in Europe.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All sofas have a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

What quality are the frames?

We use top-quality hardwood frames to ensure long-lasting durability.

What filling is used inside of the seating cushions?

Most of our sofas are filled with luxury memory foam for extra comfort and support.

What if I don’t like the sofa and want to return it?

If you don’t like the product, you can arrange for a collection.
There is a collection charge and the sofa would need to be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you. Please get in touch to find out how much the collection charge would be for your order.
