I purchased this sofa along with a 3 seater and foot stall in the same range. Deciding on a sofa, especially one purchased online, is difficult, because it has to be right. What was great is I was able to speak to someone from The Online Sofa shop and ask many questions, to be sure. I spoke with James, on many occasions over a 3 week period. James was very helpful, he sent me a live video of the sofas, swatches in the post and pictures the different types available, for me to see what a full back sofa looked like. Having a company who you can speak to, rather than email back and forth, made a huge difference. I changed the delivery date at one point and James reassured me he would accommodate this. I had a confirmation of my sofas arriving a day before delivery. James even had the sofas delivered to suit me, due to moving in that day. The driver called half and hour before he reached me and also again when he was 2 minutes away. The service all round was excellent. I’ve worked in Customer Service, training staff, for over 25 years and I would throughly recommend this customer and I could not praise James enough for the service he gave me. Even after the sofas were delivered he checked to see if everything was ok.Thank you James.
