Delivery Information

We know the importance of an online order and the expectations that customers have. With our company growing so fast, we have now launched our very own delivery service. This means we can promise you the important things. Reliable information in regards to delivery, a friendly service when at your door and the confidence in our staff to take care of your brand new sofa when it arrives.

We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. Contact us for more accurate time frames.
We don’t deliver overseas. However, we can deliver to freight companies within the UK. It is down to you the customer to arrange transport outside of the UK. Please see the map below to check your area.

Deliveries can depend on the area. Check the map below for time frames. It can be as little as 48 hours to 14 working days. 

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week. You may not be able to choose a weekend for delivery. Check with us before you order. 

If you don’t like the product, you can arrange for a collection.
There is a collection fee and the sofa would need to be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you. You have up to 14 days to return the item from the day of delivery. Charges apply.

Any damages caused to the item must be reported to us within 48 hours. 

The online sofa shop will not accept any liability for any damages made to your property whilst goods are being delivered to the customer. 

You can indeed, as long as we have a minimum of 2 weeks notice, you can choose your delivery date. This does depend on your area so please check with us before you order. 

Contact us with your door width and the sofa you would like and will be able to confirm for you. 

Our service includes

  • A 2 man delivery service.
  • Ground floor delivery into your room of choice.
  • 24 Hours notice for your delivery
  • Tracked
  • 2 – 3 Hour time slot provide to you the day before.
  • 30 minutes notice on the day.
  • We can also offer assembly on the day for a small fee (please check with us first)
  • If you’re not on the ground floor, contact us for a quotation.

  • Zone 3 – Delivered within 10 Working Days = £60     BH, BN, CA, CO, CT, DH, DL, DT, EX, HG, IP, LA, LD, LL,  ME, NE, NR, RH, SA, SO, SP, SR, SY, TA, TN, TR, TS TQ, PL, YO, PO – Excluding IOW
  • Zone 4 – Delivered within 14 Working Days = £99    EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, TD, DG, PA1-PA19 ONLY.
  • Zone 5- Delivered within 14 Working Days = £159   AB, DD, IV, PH.
